I like it but theres only one problem. I wish u could put your own words in the word bank instead of getting only one every day.

Updated and the spoken phrases work again! Very nice app, pronunciations are spot on, the word a day and flash cards are great aids for internalizing learned material through repetition. Thanks for promptly addressing customer / user concerns. This company took care of the voice issue in an efficient and effective manner. 5 Stars

I went to Greece, And none of these words are helpful.. At all.

The translation is erroneous eg filos, = friend (m). but this app just translates it as boyfriend which in English generally means a little more than friend. I noticed this for two out of three words, not a good result to promote the paid app. Xristos

But will not until things are fixed. Have found many inconsistencies. Translations are wrong or pronunciations are not of the word shown. It will just take tedious time to go thru and double check your database and ensure that everything matches up. Once the free version is clean, I will buy the full.

This app was poor first it didnt translate words correctly and second it only worked half the time which was annoying. I hated the free version why would I pay for it?

Get this app!I Its great!!I love it and you will too! If you want to know more greek words or learn greek words this is the app! Get it now! Although the downloading takes WAY too long! But its worth it! You can speak greek too! Like me! Andio!! (means good bye in greek)

This thing kinda bites. Took forever to download and turn, as soon as I opened it, an ad popped up asking m to register. The no thanks and tell me more buttons dont work, so fine, I register. Well, the stupid, register button doesnt work either. So its just frozen at this dumb ad. Guess what Im doing next? Uninstalling.

dont bother downloading the free version - it contains nothing but ads and popups that invite you to buy the full version!

This app constantly pushes you to upgrade to the premium version. When I did, it advertised it as costing $4 a month. However, they charged me $96 for 2 years. False advertising.

Perfect for learning how to speak and write modern Greek. The sample sentences really help. I use it every day.

This app works really well. The fact that a native speaker says the word then uses it in a sentence is really helping me learn the language. I like the fact that you can play back the material until you learn it!

for a beginner, like me, hearing the word used in context helps enormously. having the part of speech and gender makes it even more useful.
